SMS Policy

MCA Leads Pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with MCA brokers, funding companies, and prospects who have voluntarily opted in to receive messages from us. This policy describes how the program works, what messages you may receive, and how to manage your preferences.

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have given explicit, voluntary consent by checking a dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox on our website contact form. This checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the contact form alone — without checking the SMS box — does not constitute consent to receive text messages. Providing your phone number on our form does not imply consent to SMS. Opting in to SMS is never required as a condition of purchasing our MCA lead generation services.

Once opted in, you may receive SMS messages related to:
• Follow-up on your contact form inquiry or consultation request
• Lead order confirmations, delivery updates, or account notifications
• New lead availability in your target market or niche
• Pricing updates, package information, or special promotions
• Responses to questions or service requests you have submitted
We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts or spam messages.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to a few messages per month depending on your account activity and the nature of your inquiry. We will not send excessive or unnecessary messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages we send and any replies you send to us. These charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your carrier for applicable rate details.Standard message and data rates may apply to messages we send and any replies you send to us.
