“We” and “us” means mcaleadspro.com.
“You” means the person placing an order.
“The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase leads which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.
By using the website to buy leads online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
mcaleadspro.com gives you plenty of control when it comes to managing your leads. One feature we provide is the ability to flag any lead/live Transfer/aged lead you receive (within 24 hours of receipt) for review by our quality assurance team. Lead quality is extremely important to us, so if we see that a flagged lead does not meet our stringent quality criteria, we will immediately issue you a full refund of the lead's cost. These terms are not eligible for the mca aged leads. That means, no refund will be entertained for aged leads purchase. For Live Transfer Leads we have 60 seconds buffer, if you/your reps talks with the merchant over 60 seconds; that leads should be billable.
There are only two scenarios in which a lead is eligible to be flagged for review in Live Transfer Leads & Real-Time Callback Leads:
Invalid Contact Information
If the contact information for a lead that you receive is in some way bogus or invalid, then you can flag the lead for review within 24 hours of receipt. What qualifies as invalid contact information? Here are some examples: Wrong number, wrong person, less sale 15k Sales volume etc. Once we verify that the lead contact information is, in fact, invalid, a credit will be issued to your account for the cost of the lead and you will receive notification that a credit was issued to your account. If we deem the contact information to be valid, no credit will be given.
Lead Does Not Match Selected Filters
If you receive a lead that does not match the quality parameters such as less than 15k sales volume, less than 1 year in business, you can flag the lead for review within 24 hours of receipt. For example, if you receive a lead that has 10k sales volume per month and you have selected 15k sales volume minimum leads, you may flag the lead for review (need the proof that the merchant has less than 15k sales volume, proof as a recording of the customer with your representative). Although this scenario is quite rare, our partners do have the ability to flag these leads for review as well. If we deem the issue to be an error on your part, no credit will be given.
Lead Quality Review and Refund Procedure
Lead refunds are issued at the sole discretion of mcaleadspro.com and all decisions regarding the issuing of credits are final. Whenever a lead is flagged, our mcaledspro.com quality assurance team will verify if either of these scenarios holds true. If we verify that a flagged lead's contact information is, in fact, invalid or that the lead did not meet your filtering criteria, we will issue a credit to your account for the cost of the lead. You will also receive an email notification that a credit was issued to your account from. If we deem the lead in question to be valid then no credit will be issued, nor will an email notification be sent. This process normally takes 2-7 business days to complete, but can sometimes occur much faster.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying leads online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying leads online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying leads online, you must not place any further orders.
These Terms & Conditions for buying leads online are governed by the law of the United States and the State of California and you and we agree to use the California courts should any dispute arise. Though we do scrub our leads through DNC and Litigator, we want you to do the same to save yourself from the potential lawsuit under TCPA; MCA Leads Pro will not take any responsibilities of any lawsuit under TCPA against YOU.
Purchased leads order payment will show by the name of "MCA Leads Pro" on your billing statement.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: 115 W California Blvd, Pasadena, California, 91105.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 115 W California Blvd, Pasadena, California, 91105.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
